to be."Job Responsibilities -Providing patient-focused STNA care in
a post-acute setting, consistent with individual care plans,
facility policies and procedures, and all legal requirements
-Working under the direction and guidance of a wider
multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other providers
-Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL),
including grooming, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
-Observing the conditions and basic vital signs of residents and
reporting updates to the nursing and clinical team -Ensuring a
clean and sanitized living environment for residents -Communicating
with residents and family members and relaying concerns to nursing
supervisors -Promoting a safe and secure environment and reporting
any concerns to supervisors -Participating in ongoing training on
facility policies and nursing care best practices -Additional
duties and responsibilities assigned by nursing leadership team.
Qualifications and Skills -Current Ohio STNA certification
-Completion of all state tested nursing assistant requirements to
receive an STNA certification from an accredited training program
