We're seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities:

--- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
--- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
--- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
--- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
--- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities


Qualifications:

--- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
--- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
--- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
--- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
--- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
--- Must be personable, with strong social/people skills
--- Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired
--- Must be self-motivated and ambitious
--- Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others
--- Must work well with others and in a Team Environment
--- Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month
